Having EWO working with us to optimise our investment has helped us to re-align our fundraising, marketing and finance strategies within the charity. This will enable us to evolve the way we communicate with our fundraisers, volunteers and ultimately ourdonors who support us in doing our lifesaving work.
PR was an area we were keen to focus on as a company, but EWO brought with them wider expertise and knowledge to drive our marketing communications activity alongside that, to enhance and support the PR. EWO quickly became an extension of our team, understanding who we are and how we work, and creating a clear, compelling voice for FSP through all communications. The work EWO has done over the past year has helped raise awareness of FSP in the retail property industry and we are looking forward to developing this further in the next twelve months.
Since being instrumental in the development of our new branding and website, EWO have continued on a retained basis to build on our marketing development with the introduction of advertising and PR, marketing collateral, events and campaigns, as well as continued website and brand development, the results have been impressive and have supported our drive as a firm. EWO have continued to push us forward and the service levels they have delivered have been superb.
